Data Deletion Request
engagecloud.ai respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your engagecloud.ai data and how to revoke access to any connected third-party accounts, including Meta/Facebook.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
You may request deletion of your engagecloud.ai data using any of the following methods:

What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Customer Content — messages, call recordings, transcripts, and contact records
- Account Information — name, email address, and billing details
- Usage Data — logs and analytics tied to your account
- Meta/Facebook Data — any data accessed via the Meta Marketing API on your behalf
Exceptions: Certain records may be retained as required by applicable law, including billing transactions, tax records, and compliance logs.
Processing Timeline
- Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.
- You will receive written confirmation once deletion is finalized.
Revoking Meta / Facebook Access
If you connected your Meta (Facebook) account to engagecloud.ai, you can revoke our access directly from your Facebook settings:

Revoking access immediately stops any further data sharing from Meta to engagecloud.ai. To also request deletion of Meta data already collected, submit a request using any of the methods above.

- What happens after I submit a request?
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Processing is completed within 30 days, and you will receive confirmation once deletion is finalized. - How do I delete my Meta/Facebook data specifically?
Revoke engagecloud.ai’s access via your Facebook Settings at the link above. This immediately stops further data sharing. You can also submit a deletion request directly to us to remove any Meta data we have already collected and stored. - Can I request a copy of my data before it is deleted?
Yes. Please specify in your request that you would like a data export before deletion. We will provide your data in a portable, machine-readable format prior to completing the deletion. - How will I know my data has been deleted?
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. If you submitted your request by phone, confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. - What if I change my mind after submitting a request?
Contact us immediately at privacy@engagecloud.ai. If your request has not yet been processed, we can withdraw it. Once deletion is finalized, data cannot be recovered. - Who can I contact for further questions?
