PayGo works like a prepaid digital wallet. The initial $25 adds funds to each user account, and service usage (Voice minutes, SMS etc.) is deducted from this balance. When your balance drops below a set threshold (for example $10), the system automatically adds funds (for example $25) using your saved payment method so your service continues without interruption. If you are not using the service, you will not be charged.
Billing runs from the 1st to month-end. Prorated credits for the current month will appear on the next invoice. Invoices consist of Subscription fees – billed in advance at the start of each month. Usage charges (e.g., voice minutes, SMS) – billed in arrears for the previous month.Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive emails with payment receipt and invoice.
You may cancel at any time by calling engagecloud.ai customer service at (888) 495-8090. Please read the MSA for our full Refund and Cancellation Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Master Services Agreement (MSA), the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
