PayGo works like a prepaid digital wallet. The initial $25 adds funds to each user account, and service usage (Voice minutes, SMS etc.) is deducted from this balance. When your balance drops below a set threshold (for example $10), the system automatically adds funds (for example $25) using your saved payment method so your service continues without interruption. If you are not using the service, you will not be charged.
Billing runs from the 1st to month-end. Prorated credits for the current month will appear on the next invoice. Invoices consist of Subscription fees – billed in advance at the start of each month. Usage charges (e.g., voice minutes, SMS) – billed in arrears for the previous month.Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive emails with payment receipt and invoice.

Pricing and features vary based on selected plan, usage, and configuration. Unlimited calling is available on Essentials, Professional, and Elite plans only, subject to fair usage policies, destination limits, and applicable telecom regulations. Pay Go plan starts at $0/user/month with a $25 prepaid usage deposit required to activate. CRM access is included free on all plans. Additional charges may apply for phone numbers, international calls, carrier fees, and premium features. ENGAGECLOUD AI INC reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce reasonable limits to ensure service quality and compliance. AI features — including call transcription, monitoring, and automation — are subject to system availability and may vary based on usage and configuration. Compliance tools are designed to support regulatory requirements but do not replace your independent legal or compliance obligations. By using engagecloud.ai, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, data protection, and communication regulations.
